Warren P. Kraft

Attorney Warren Kraft manages the firm's Appleton law office and represents clients in real estate and development, employment and municipal law matters. Kraft is a retired City Attorney for the City of Oshkosh and former Human Resources Director for the City of West Bend. He has over 30 years of service to local government and has represented cities, towns and villages throughout Wisconsin.

Kraft is nationally recognized for his work in municipal law, and he is able to offer a unique perspective to clients seeking commercial and real estate development. A frequent speaker on municipal, real estate and development issues, Kraft has presented at local, state and national conferences, including the International Municipal Lawyers Association (IMLA), the League of Wisconsin Municipalities Attorneys Institute, the Community Developers Conference, the Building Inspectors Annual Meeting, and the Wisconsin Property Assessors Association. In addition, he has written for State & Local Law News, a publication of the American Bar Association, and Municipal Lawyer, a bimonthly magazine of IMLA.

Kraft has twice earned the designation of a FELLOW of Local Government Law in 2006 and again in 2011 by IMLA. Also, IMLA presented Kraft with the inaugural Bradley Bailey Outstanding Assistant City Attorney Award for his work as the Human Resources Director for the City of West Bend.

Active in his community, Kraft has received numerous honors by the Oshkosh YMCA, the Boy Scouts of America, the UW-Eau Claire Alumnus Association, and he was a division leader for the annual United Way campaigns for Oshkosh and Washington County.
