Attorney Bryan Woods has devoted most of his practice to civil litigation including representing clients in various personal injury matters that have included wrongful death, products liability, medical and dental negligence, insurance defense and defense of nursing homes.  Mr. Woods has also represented clients in commercial issues and has represented banks on claims of lender liability.

Mr. Woods is authorized to practice in the Eastern and Western District Courts of Wisconsin as well as all of the circuit courts in Wisconsin. He has also represented clients in the Wisconsin Court of Appeals and the Wisconsin Supreme Court.  In addition, Mr. Woods has represented clients before arbitration panels.  He has presented a seminar on discovery issues and in 2001-2002 was included in America's Registry of Outstanding Professionals.

Mr. Woods has been appointed and continues to serve as a Court Commissioner by the Dane County Circuit Court Judges and also serves as a civil case mediator for the Dane County Bar Association.
