Ms. Thompson focuses her practice primarily in general business and real estate law.  Her legal experience includes managing her own real estate law practice.  Ms. Thompson represents individual and corporate clients in a variety of real estate transactions including the purchase and sale of real estate and condominium conversions.  She also assists clients with contract negotiation, business entity formation and dispute resolution.
