David has represented clients in a wide range of industries, including power generation and transmission companies, telecommunications and internet service providers, health care providers, the insurance industry, commercial product manufacturers, real estate developers, general contractors, property managers, telecommunication and computer hardware manufacturers and distributors, food and agribusiness clients, the trucking industry and business and real estate brokers.
David's background includes nine years experience as a nuclear power plant operator and instructor, and five years of service as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force responsible for overseeing human resources acquisition, training, contracting, competitive sourcing, employment law and collective bargaining issues. David focuses his practice in regulated industries. A business and employment litigator, his health care practice includes physician recruiting, joint venture structuring, compensation, employment and contract negotiations, physician licensure defense, medical and dental group employment matters, physician malpractice defense and employment litigation. David also advises clients in the areas of construction dispute avoidance, resolution and litigation.
