Mr. Corcoran is an experienced litigator and advisor to businesses, local governments and tribes.  He has litigated in areas including bankruptcy, financial workouts, labor issues, environmental law, development disputes, homeowner association issues, personal injury, gaming and tribal law.

Mr. Corcoran has experience representing the interests of banks and businesses in a variety of financial matters and foreclosures, as well as general business matters.  He has represented local governments and businesses in collective bargaining, fair employment and wage and hour related disputes.

Tribal entities have benefited from Mr. Corcoran's experience in general business matters, environmental and gaming issues and disputes.  He has also worked with homeowners and condominium associations and property management firms on business matters and dispute resolution.  In addition, Mr. Corcoran has worked with many businesses on litigation matters and contracts, and with individuals on personal injury matters.

Mr. Corcoran currently serves as co-chair of the firm's Employment & Labor Law Practice Group.
