Ms. Ogden advises clients regarding intellectual property matters including patents, trademarks, trade secrets and copyrights. Although her practice covers a variety of industries and projects, her focus is on the intellectual property needs of the animal breeding and agribusiness industries. Her childhood on a family farm instilled a love of the outdoors and an understanding of the unique nature of agribusiness and the entrepreneurs in small businesses.
Ms. Ogden currently serves as chair of the firm's Intellectual Property Practice Group.
