  Mr. Yang concentrates his practice on intellectual property matters. Registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, he has helped inventors protect their inventions by applying for patents in a variety of technical fields. He has advised clients by providing patentability, infringement, validity, scope of coverage and design-around opinions. Mr. Yang has also assisted clients in lawsuits involving patents, trademarks and trade secrets. He has helped draft joint venture, confidentiality and licensing agreements, and has applied for trademark and copyright registration on behalf of clients.
