Ms. Boudreau utilizes her background experience in business, real estate, intellectual property, estate planning and collections to represent business owners.  Although her practice includes businesses in several industries, Ms. Boudreau spends much of her time advising clients on software licensing issues.  She also advises clients on business formation, the purchase and sale of businesses and real estate, succession planning, collection issues and works with clients to develop reliable customer, vendor and reseller contracts.
