Jennifer Krueger is a shareholder at Murphy Desmond S.C. She primarily practices business transactional law, including: entity formations, mergers and acquisitions, non-compete agreements, independent contractor agreements, dealership and franchise agreements, contract negotiations and review and business dissolutions. She also has experience in intellectual property, business litigation, appellate work and securities law. Ms. Krueger has been named a "Rising Star" by Wisconsin Super Lawyers (each year since 2006) and was honored with "Business Woman of the Year" in 2009 by the Business Women's Expo.
