Margery Tibbetts-Wakefield has devoted her 20 years of practice to a vast array of civil litigation matters including commercial litigation, insurance defense, construction litigation, personal injury, workers compensation, real estate and personal property tax challenges and appellate advocacy before the State Court of Appeals and State Supreme Court.  Ms. Tibbetts-Wakefield has extensive litigation experience that includes defense of municipalities and retailers in negligence and slip and fall cases, and defense of municipalities in civil rights matters.  She has litigated Open Records Request challenges, disputes over non-compete agreements and trade secrets, professional negligence cases and workers compensation cases for both employees and employers.

Ms. Tibbetts-Wakefield practices in the Janesville office of Murphy Desmond.  Her practice encompasses the entire state of Wisconsin and Federal Courts.  She is authorized to practice in Wisconsin, the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
