Mr. Fleming represents both public and private sector clients in municipal law and related areas including land use regulation, alcohol and other licensing and permitting issues, open meetings and public records law, ordinance drafting, eminent domain, real estate, property taxation and general litigation and is co-chair of Murphy Desmond's Municipal Law Practice Group.

Mr. Fleming has been named a "Rising Star" in the field of Municipal Law by Wisconsin Super Lawyers & Rising Stars Magazine in 2006 and 2007.
