Matthew Moeser first worked at Murphy Desmond as a law clerk while attending law school at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Before rejoining Murphy Desmond as an associate, Mr. Moeser was an Assistant District Attorney in Dane County, Wisconsin. Mr. Moeser has substantial criminal trial and appellate experience. He currently practices in all areas of litigation.
