Mr. Beilke, a shareholder in Murphy Desmond S.C., was ranked as one of the top family law and divorce lawyers in Dane County in a poll of lawyers published by Madison Magazine in January 2007 and continues to be listed in "Best Lawyers in America." Most recently he was named a 2007 Wisconsin Super Lawyer.
Mr. Beilke has over 30 years of experience representing clients in divorce actions and custody disputes, as well as considerable experience as a guardian ad litem representing the interests of children in custody disputes.
His areas of emphasis are divorce, child custody and placement, child support, property division and debt allocation, maintenance (alimony) and marital property agreements, including prenuptial agreements.
