Mr. Grimm's practice focuses primarily on business law, tax and estate planning.  He has extensive experience in entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, as well as drafting and negotiating LLC operating agreements, shareholder agreements and buy/sell agreements.  Steve's background as a CPA, coupled with his advanced law degree in taxation allow him to advise his clients on a wide variety of tax matters for both individuals and businesses, including tax planning, tax compliance matters, and IRS and state tax audits.  In addition, a significant portion of Steve's practice involves estate planning for individuals and business succession planning for closely held businesses.  Steve has received the following professional certifications:  Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC).

Mr. Grimm currently serves as co-chair of the firm's Estate Planning & Probate Law Practice Group.
