As an associate attorney, Mr. Morgan assists both public and private employers in all areas of employment and labor law.  His work includes open meeting and open record matters; the drafting and enforcement of zoning and land use regulations; contract litigation; labor relations and collective bargaining; municipal collections; and other employee related matters.

Mr. Morgan acted as Corporation Counsel for Wisconsin counties for more than 12 years.  He continues to work with and represent elected officials, boards and committees at all levels of government and understands the particular needs of local government.

While his practice emphasizes municipal litigation, Mr. Morgan also represents clients in a variety of civil matters including guardianships, family matters, and real property disputes.
