Antoinette (Toni) N. Kunde

Ms. Kunde joined Murphy Desmond as a paralegal in 1987 and practices in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, creditors’ rights and collection law. In collection law, she assists with representation of wholesalers, retailers, manufacturers, distributors, financial institutions, loan companies, auto dealer leasing companies, agri-business and landlords. Ms. Kunde works in the areas of vehicle repossession, condominium association and storage facility matters. Prior to joining Murphy Desmond, Ms. Kunde worked in mortgage and consumer lending for a savings and loan association and as a credit investigator and relief manager for a finance company.
