As billing manager and librarian for Murphy Desmond, Pam Klipsic is responsible for creating and maintaining all information regarding client/matter files. She manages conflict reporting, timekeeping maintenance and training, validation of time and cost entry, billing and application of trust money, client file destruction, library filing and inventory, budgeting, maintenance of research (including online) and overall billing procedures. Prior to joining Murphy Desmond in 1971, Pam worked in Minnesota for a retail company in the fashion and modeling industry. Pam also worked for a law firm in Rochester, Minnesota, before coming to Madison in 1971.
