Mr. Kennedy joined Murphy Desmond S.C. as an associate in 2006. Mr. Kennedy's practice focuses on commercial and civil litigation, including general business, collections and bankruptcy. He also has experience in construction and product liability litigation. Prior to joining Murphy Desmond, Mr. Kennedy served as a staff attorney at the Dane County Circuit Court, and, before that, practiced insurance defense litigation for three years in California.
