David Minko brings 14 years of first-hand business and regulatory experience combined with his legal expertise to the firm's General Business, Litigation and Health Care practice groups. A business and employment litigator, David focuses his practice in regulated industries and represents businesses and business owners in a wide range of industries, including health care providers, power generation and transmission companies, internet and telecommunications service providers, commercial product manufacturers, real estate developers and brokers, general contractors, property managers, computer and telecommunication manufacturers and distributors, food and agribusiness clients and the trucking industry. His health care practice includes physician recruiting, joint ventures, compensation, employment and contract negotiations, physician licensure defense, medical and dental group employment matters, malpractice defense and employment litigation. David also advises clients in the areas of construction and business owner dispute avoidance, resolution and litigation.
David's background includes nine years experience as a nuclear power plant operator and instructor, and five years of service as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force responsible for overseeing human resources acquisition, training, contracting, competitive sourcing, employment law and collective bargaining issues.

- David has lectured to Senior Department of Defense executives regarding compliance with labor and employment laws, resource utilization, workplace process improvement and reengineering.
- David is a licensed nuclear power plant operator and instructor. He taught Power Plant Theory, Operation, Maintenance and Regulation for Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory from 1988-1992, and operated various Westinghouse and General Electric nuclear reactors and electric distribution plants from 1992-1996.

- Awarded Certificate of Commendation from Pentagon for leadership of teams charged with developing strategies to meet conflicting and rapidly-evolving human resource requirements for 35 Global units located throughout Europe, Asia, and the South Pacific.
- Awarded U.S. Navy's "Master Training Specialist" for reengineering and streamlining its nuclear power instruction program.
