Mr. Beilke has over 35 years of experience representing clients in divorce actions and custody disputes, as well as considerable experience as a guardian ad litem representing the interests of children in custody disputes. He currently serves as chair of the firm's Family Law Practice Group.
His areas of emphasis are divorce, child custody and placement, child support, property division and debt allocation, maintenance (alimony) and marital property agreements, including prenuptial agreements.
Mr. Beilke, a shareholder in Murphy Desmond S.C., was ranked as a "Top Lawyer" in family law as published by Madison Magazine in 2009 and continues to be listed in "Best Lawyers in America." Most recently he was named a 2011 Wisconsin Super Lawyer.
