Mr. Olson joined Murphy Desmond S.C. in April of 2005.  He has more than 15 years experience in the practice of law both in private law practice and in the corporate setting.  In addition, he has 15 years of experience at the senior executive level of a large international insurance company serving as its Director of Corporate Development, Chief Staff Officer and Chief Officer of International Operations.  Since 2001, he has served as President of a consulting firm providing strategic, marketing and implementation planning to credit union associations and credit unions throughout the United States and as General Counsel for a technology firm.

He has been involved in the strategic analysis and negotiation of complex business combinations involving various forms of joint venturing activities both in the United States and overseas.  This has resulted in the creation of strategic marketing relationships and unique business combinations.

He is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program of the Harvard Business School.
