Attorney Dan Lipman's legal practice emphasizes business law, real estate, estate planning, and probate in Wisconsin.

Dan has substantial experience in representing corporations, partnerships, and other business entities -- as well as individuals -- in the organization, operation, management, and  purchase/sale of businesses and real estate. He also assists business owners with succession planning in family businesses and with third-party buyers.

In addition to business law, Dan has served as a trusted advisor to many individuals, couples, and families in estate planning matters including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, fidiciary matters, probate, and family disputes.

Dan previously served as the firm's Chair of the Business Law Practice Group. He is listed in Best Lawyers in America in both Corporate Law and Real Estate. He is also rated "AV Preeminent" by Martindale-Hubbell/Lawyers.com, rated 10.0 "Superb" on Avvo.com, named a Wisconsin Super Lawyer in 2006-2007, and he was ranked a Madison "Top Lawyer" for Contracts Law and Trusts/Estate Planning in Dane County as published by Madison Magazine in 2003.

Dan has provided legal services to his clients for 50 years, and has recently scaled back his practice to part-time to enjoy time with his grandchildren and family.
