Temporary Suspension of Premium Processing For All H-1B Petitions

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has temporarily suspended premium processing for all H-1B petitions, effective April 3, 2017. USCIS expects to resume acceptance of Form I-907 Requests for Premium Processing within six months. For more information, please see the USCIS announcement.
