Attorney Jonathan Bruni has represented individual and business clients in a wide variety of business, real estate, and construction law matters. With over 34 years of litigation experience, Jonathan assists his clients in avoiding and resolving litigation, as well as preparing them for litigation when necessary.

• Construction:  Residential and Commercial Contracts (Prime Contractor and Subcontractor), Construction Liens, Regulatory Compliance, Construction Defects Disputes, and Alternate Dispute Resolution.

Prior to his legal career, Jonathan worked in his family’s construction, architectural, and real estate businesses in Monroe, Wisconsin, where his roles included real estate development and construction management of commercial projects. He previously worked at Murphy Desmond S.C. for nearly 12 years before returning to the firm in 2024.

Jonathan brings a breadth of experience to his clients as he has practiced law in South Central Wisconsin and throughout the state since 1989. He is available to serve clients in the firm’s Madison, Janesville, and Dodgeville offices or through remote appointments.
