Alex Becker's practice focuses on litigation, creditors' rights, commercial and consumer debt collection, debt collection defense, and creditor representation in bankruptcy proceedings. Alex's real estate practice emphasizes commercial and residential foreclosures, property/boundary dispute litigation, and landlord/tenant law. He also assists with litigation in unfair trade practices and fraudulent representation.

Alex is a member of the Commercial Law League of America (CLLA), where he currently serves on the CLLA legislative affairs committee. In addition, he has co-authored books on collection law in Wisconsin.

While in law school, Alex competed in Moot Court, served as a managing editor for the Wisconsin International Law Journal, and worked as a Judicial Intern to former Dane County Circuit Court Judge Frank D. Remington. Alex proudly served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve from 2016 through 2022.
