Attorney Matt Frank Presents at WACCC Conference
Environmental attorney Matt Frank was a presenter at the Wisconsin Association of County Corporation Counsels (WACCC) Spring Conference held at Lambeau Field in Green Bay on May 5-6, 2022.
Matt presented on the topic of "Public Service Commission Regulation of Solar Facilities" at the event. He highlighted the PSC process and issues involved in the siting of utility-scale solar projects of 100 megawatts or greater, as well as the interplay between state regulation and local governance.
WACCC is a voluntary organization of attorneys that represent the counties of Wisconsin.
