Attorney Matt Frank Presents on Solar Project Siting at Seminar

On October 1, 2021, environmental lawyer Matt Frank presented at the Wisconsin Towns Association’s virtual Town Law Conference in conjunction with the University of Wisconsin (UW) Extension Local Government Center and UW Law School. Attendees included non-lawyer public officials and Wisconsin attorneys. 

Matt presented on the topic of “Solar Project Siting in Wisconsin Towns” where he discussed the interplay between local issues and the Wisconsin Public Service Commission review process. He also discussed common issues facing Wisconsin towns in the siting of solar projects. 

According to its website, the Wisconsin Towns Association provides education, legal information, and grassroots legislative advocacy to empower and inspire its members to lead in their communities.

Matt’s legal practice focuses on environmental matters, and he is active in the business startup community.
