Kelly Bostedt is an experienced Parlegal in the areas of creditor/debtor rights, bankruptcy (for businesses and individuals), as well as probate and trust matters in estate planning.
Kelly has worked for Murphy Desmond since 1999, where she assists attorneys with research, drafting legal documents, and filing documents with the bankruptcy and probate courts. She has also worked on bankruptcy trustee matters with the Western District of Wisconsin. Kelly assists the firm's bankruptcy attorneys in various business liquidations. She works closely with Murphy Desmond's probate team on drafting, reviewing, and filing documents, as well.
