Attorney Liam Gilhooly represents Wisconsin clients in estate planning, guardianships, real estate, and business legal matters.

In estate planning, Liam drafts wills, trusts, marital property agreements, health care directives, and financial powers of attorney that provide peace of mind for his clients. He has particular interest in special needs planning, including creating managed trusts and guardianships that safeguard benefits. In probate matters, Liam leads clients through the probate court process, including payment of debts and final distribution of assets, with an effort to be cost-effective and efficient.

Liam’s practice focuses on real estate as part of estate administration, but he also advises clients on buying or selling real estate. He represents parties involved in real estate and property disputes, including resolution of ownership disagreements. Liam represents landlords in matters regarding lease agreements, eviction actions, unpaid rent, and property damage.

With an M.B.A. from Marquette University, Liam offers his business clients a unique combination of legal knowledge and business strategy. He advises on entity formation, business planning, contract negotiations and drafting, generational wealth-transfer strategies, risk management, and succession planning.
