Murphy Desmond Kicks Off Our Annual United Way Campaign
The firm began our annual United Way workplace fundraising campaign with a luncheon and presentation on November 12, 2025.
Attorney Lydia Thompson welcomed everyone and offered contemplative thoughts about individual personal roles in the community. She introduced speakers Linda Ketcham from JustDane, Inc. and T.R. Williams of the United Way of Dane County.
Like many businesses in Dane County, Murphy Desmond employees are given the opportunity to contribute to United Way through payroll deductions and other methods. Firm President & Managing Shareholder Ginger Zimmerman wrapped up the luncheon by encouraging employees to contribute if they can. She also announced a matching firm gift to United Way.
Ginger is the Chair of the Board of Directors of the United Way of Dane County and has been involved with the organization in leadership roles since 2009.
